Reprogramming for another pump number

The service allows a working PSG5 control unit originally programmed for one pump number to be reprogrammed for another Bosch VP44 / VP30 pump number, with the corresponding software and programming data for the specific application.

Requirements for reprogramming

The PSG5 electronic control unit must be technically sound and fully operational.

A previously repaired unit is acceptable—for example, after replacement of a transistor, output stage, capacitor or another electronic component—provided that the repair has been carried out professionally and the unit is fully functional.

Important: SuperScan Bulgaria Ltd. performs reprogramming only and does not repair faulty PSG5 electronic control units. If the unit has an electronic fault, it must be repaired before it is sent for reprogramming.

PDF report after reprogramming

After a successful procedure, the customer receives a PDF report confirming the result of the reprogramming and showing information about the new configuration of the control unit, including the new pump number / application and the programmed software.

This provides the customer with a document confirming that the PSG5 reprogramming has been completed successfully.
